Social media is designed to draw us in and provide dopamine kicks, through the use of stats number of views, likes, comments and shares. It's easy to get drawn to this and it can be a source of external validation.
Instead, and regardless of these, keep consistent with messaging and focus on internal locus of control activities to develop connections, creating an online presence that is congruent with our values, beliefs and intentions.
Turn up online with the same level of professionalism for business as we do for in-person opportunities. And build self awareness of the brand that is developing.

Remove the emotional charge and external validation from it and use as a tool for your business period.
